• assembling cost effective production budgets for print, lettershop, and postage from
  various suppliers

• preparing data extraction instructions for internal data pulls and providing services to do
  the actual extractions when needed

• conducting rental list research for acquisition campaigns, order placement and tracking

• coordinating telephone and online service vendors

• proofing of all materials going to print, pre-print & live laser proofs

• writing detailed production instructions for print and mail house, including data, lasering
  & lettershop

• developing pre-campaign revenue projections, financial tracking of supplier invoices
  and revenue, post-campaign analysis, and miscellaneous reports as required by the
  client

• providing post-campaign summaries of production expenses and mail counts
