Touchworks Communications Inc. was contracted to provide strategic planning and Direct Response Program implementation to this provincial charity. At the time we began, the organization had just purchased new fundraising software and was in the process of converting data from a variety of data sources so they could move into conducting a provincial Direct Response Program.  

Lack of internal human resources for gift processing made it impractical to build a program without the use of outside data services for data management, receipt processing and gift acknowledgement. Touchworks assisted this client in the search for an outside service bureau to perform this function and has remained involved in overseeing this vendor relationship.

Since we started working with this organization, retention rates have increased by 29%, average gifts increased by 9%, gross revenues increased by 150% and monthly donor revenue was increased by approximately 21 times. This is a solid, integrated program and one that continues to grow at a steady pace.
